Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the delivery frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged separately for each scheduled delivery, including any applicable shipping costs and taxes.

Komali subscriptions are offered with a minimum commitment of two deliveries. By placing a subscription order, you acknowledge and accept this minimum commitment. The 10% subscription discount is provided as part of this subscription commitment.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may submit a cancellation request at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.

Cancellation requests received before the minimum commitment has been completed will be reviewed in accordance with the subscription terms accepted at the time of purchase.

After the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time for future scheduled deliveries.

Orders that have already been processed, prepared for shipment, or charged cannot be cancelled automatically and will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of your country.
