- Corn tortilla chips
- Tomatoes
- Serrano chile
- Tomatillos
- White onion
- Garlic
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Mexican crema
- Fresh cheese
- Red onion, sliced
- Fresh cilantro
- Komali corn tortillas
Instructions
- For the red salsa, cook the tomatoes, garlic, and part of the onion until softened; blend with salt.
- For the green salsa, cook the tomatillos, serrano chile, and garlic; blend with salt.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and add the tortilla chips.
- Add the red or green salsa, or both, and gently toss until coated but still crisp.
- Serve immediately and top with crema, fresh cheese, red onion, and cilantro.
- Serve with Komali corn tortillas.
